Growing, learning, and navigating ADHD—together.

Coaching for Kids & Teens

At Common Space ADHD, every coaching session is tailored to your child’s unique brain—celebrating their strengths while building skills to help them thrive. Sessions are engaging, supportive, and designed to meet your child where they are, without pressure or judgment.

During our time together, we might:
✨ Explore emotional regulation strategies to help manage big feelings.
✨ Develop executive function skills like organization, time management, and planning.
✨ Strengthen social skills and navigate friendships with confidence.
✨ Identify and build on their strengths, boosting self-esteem and motivation.
✨ Work on focus and attention strategies in a way that feels natural for them.

Coaching is a collaborative and empowering process—not about fixing, but about understanding and supporting your child’s unique way of thinking. Through conversation, interactive activities, and real-life problem-solving, they’ll gain tools they can use at home, school, and beyond.

Every ADHD brain is different—and that’s a wonderful thing! My goal is to help your child feel seen, capable, and confident in who they are.

Coaching for Parents & Caregivers

Coaching for parents is a space to gain insight, tools, and confidence in supporting your child—or yourself—through the unique challenges and strengths that come with ADHD. Parenting a child with ADHD (or navigating it yourself) can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone.

During our coaching sessions, we might:
✨ Develop practical strategies for routines, transitions, and emotional regulation.
✨ Learn how to support executive function skills like time management and organization.
✨ Navigate big emotions and behavioral challenges with empathy and confidence.
✨ Strengthen communication and connection with your child.
✨ Explore your own ADHD tendencies and how they impact parenting (if applicable).
✨ Shift from frustration to understanding and empowerment in your parenting journey.

ADHD coaching isn’t about “fixing” anything—it’s about understanding, adjusting, and creating systems that actually work for you and your family. Together, we’ll build a plan that aligns with your values, your child’s needs, and the reality of daily life.

Parenting with ADHD or parenting a child with ADHD can be tough—but with the right tools and support, it can also be an incredible journey of connection and growth. You’ve got this, and I’m here to help!

“Bonnie has been amazing. It’s hard seeing my ADHD in a positive light and she has really helped me to change my story and see the brighter side of things. I have noticed a huge difference in my progress towards my goals and overall confidence!”
